Stop smoking with Hypnotherapy

Medical hypnosis (or hypnotherapy) is a very delicate, yet extremely powerful tool in the art of healing

Being a smoker these days is already hard enough - with all those diseases that you're more likely to get. Now you can't find a place to sit down (or even stand up) and have a cigarette!  The government now legislates that there will be more and more no-smoking areas. Also, of course, there is the price that you pay financially, through your wallet for smoking, and that hurts, as the government taxes tobacco more and more.

Apart from the kids, the other relatives, your workmates, your pals, and the occasional stranger telling you how bad your cigarette smoking habit is for you, have you ever thought about giving it up for yourself? If you have, you realise that the pain of paying dollars now could come back and haunt you later, with the pain of Heart Attack, Cancer, Emphysema and a host of other medical conditions related to smoking. You should do something to stop smoking, before you get one of these problems.

Hypnotherapy has been used for many years to help people do things that they want to do, such as giving up smoking, eating a proper diet, improving sporting abilities, improving study abilities, etc.

Medical hypnotherapy can help you when you're ready. When you have made the decision to give up smoking, come in to Spectrum Health and have a chat.  It is often best to talk with you before you quit, so that we can devise a time schedule for giving up smoking, followed by Hypnotherapy on the actual day that you quit.  You may require two or three sessions of hypnosis, but often, one session is adequate.

In my experience, most people who quit through hypnotherapy do not require nicotine patches or other forms of nicotine replacement.
